I am pretty sure someone has a database backing up data privately - also I'm sure all election data has already been backed up by Trump's legal teams.
Deleting any of this data would be considered obstruction of justice in a court of law.

It's a way to categorize data. There are software readers for it. Frankly it's a pain in the ass to work with.
Firefox has the extension: SingleFile - it allows you to download a copy of a specific webpage, style and all.
