This please! It is ludicrous that we have the number of openly-Communist activists that we do, operating right out in the open attacking innocents and inflicting "cancel culture" BS on Patriots who run afoul of the Leftist Agenda. Worse yet, there are Communist activists infecting our government at the federal, state, and local levels.

As I understand the 14th Amendment, those anti-American communists guilty of undermining public safety and/or plotting against our government could be dealt with via proper application of Constitutional Law.

Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Seems pretty clear to me. (Although, does that mean that Ilhan Omar could lobby 2/3 of congress to let her off the hook? Screw that!)
