It’s not just the Chinese it’s other foreign powers. Also they could not have done what they have without Russian communist infiltration of education and other government from the 50’s onward. China is just here to capitalize on the corruption along with other dictatorial regimes . Like Cuba Venezuela etc. this is a 80 year global effort from enemies of the USA to infiltrate all levels of government and control our voting systems so the outcomes they want and candidates they back win.
