I think it is totally fine having Tim pool make the case that trump can win this without the fraud accusations and the he can get what he needs to win only using the errors that happened in counting and procedures not being followed without proving fraud because that is a lot easier in court. This make more people see the case while the media is saying there’s no fraud he doesn’t want to say the opposite because then the middle might not support trumps chance
