I have reg. an earlier case considered the same possibility. It was where Tucker was having a segment where he showed Joe Biden sniffing adult women, but did not show any of the many public videos where he sniffed and touched very young girls - the ones with the very young girls seem much more damning, so why not show those, and instead only show the ones with adult women?

Though, that is again reg. the Bidens, and Tucker knew Hunter Biden for some period of time according to Tucker himself.
