As a citizen of the Netherlands I fully agree with this. I'm pretty sure this corruption is widespread. The leaders in charge here are corrupt to the bones, just like most other EU countries. In the Philippines, people have a separate vote for vice president unlike here in US. It was difficult to cheat for presidency during that time because of the popularity of Duterte. Also, VP.
