EDIT The Cloudflare that survived the biggest DDoS in history, peaking at 2300Gbps ? That was AWS

Cloudflare's was a record at the time 300Gbps, The 2013 Spamhaus attack

https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/learning/ddos/famous-ddos-attacks/ ?

Cloudlfare CEO, Matthew Prince, does a presentation about their 300Gbps attack

(I got the wrong one above, that was AWS)

At Blackhat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w04ZAXftQ_Y

or Defcon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2FxTgd3uTE

(They are both different content)

Prince is a Hillary donor btw.

and has denied service to The Daily Stormer "Now, having made that decision, let me explain why it's so dangerous." and 8chan "We do not take this decision lightly."

but does provide protections to stormfront.org and here

"8chan has repeatedly proven itself to be a cesspool of hate."

only approved emotions allowed on the internet

Yes, but rate limiting certain IP blocks? Rate limiting isn't an all in one solution for preventing DDoS, especially when you have access to multiple blocks.

There are no all-in-one solutions
