He used Excel, which is limited to about 1M rows. It wouldn't take much effort to import all 3M rows into an SQLite database, then construct queries to do what he did.
No, it's highlighting that it's impossible for a mail in ballot to be sent by mail, received by the voter, filled out, then sent back to and received by the government on the very same day. Yet thousands were marked as such.
Not the same state, but mine was done exactly like that.
I went to city hall a few days before the election. I asked for a ballot, filled it out, signed the envelope, and returned my ballot. State website says it all happened same day, because it did happen same day.
Now those that were requested after they were returned are obviously interesting.
Great work, but I am aware that early voting was done with mail-in forms, in-person. Could these just be examples of people who voted by mail but in-person, which would likely still be recored as mail-in but transpire same day.
Yes, and in-person early voting used mail-in ballots. Source: I voted for GEOTUS in-person and early, a week before the election, in Philadelphia. I filled out a mail-in ballot.
So usps delivered a parcel to your address, you opened it, filled it out, resent it, and it was received by the original sender all in one day??
Just because you filled it out and mailed it in as soon as you received it doesn’t mean it didn’t take 2+ days to get to you from the county and another 2+ to be received
USPS did not deliver anything to me. I did not mail anything.
Do you know how on election day you go up to the machine and press the buttons to vote?
That's what I did the week before the election when I went to early vote, I walked in and walked up to the machine and voted. Except instead of a machine, they had a mail-in ballot sitting there. I filled out the mail-in ballot, dropped it into the deposit box, and walked out.
Not sure if it is related or not, but I voted early in NC. When I look online at the status of my ballot it says mail-in accepted. And it shows accepted the same day that I voted in-person early.
In pa. I pulled an excel file of all mail in ballot requests for those born 1900 - 1920. Not sure if the folks i shared it with did anything with them. Lefties didn't believe the file or that the data website was legit. Suggestions? I'm not on any social media except for here.

They deleted access to the db he used, VITAL WE GET ACCESS TO IT !
Ask him for the data. He has it.

I don't have twitter
Neither do I, sorry.
Huffpo headline:
Cyber criminal propagates right-wing conspiracy theory with zero evidence
So, does this mean 40k votes were counted in PA before they were received?
No, it's highlighting that it's impossible for a mail in ballot to be sent by mail, received by the voter, filled out, then sent back to and received by the government on the very same day. Yet thousands were marked as such.
It's not impossible when in-person early voting was done with mail-in ballots...
I voted in-person and my ballot was "sent" to me, "received" by me, filled out by me, and sent back and received by the government on the same day.
This happened because I voted for GEOTUS in-person and a week before the election, by filling out a mail-in ballot.
Why would mail in ballots be used for in-person voting.
The former require envelopes, postage, etc.
In person voting is in person. Not mail in.
Did you mail your ballot? Did you receive it by mail in your mailbox? If not, it was not a mail in ballot.
Mail in ballots are by definition, mailed in.
It’s even in the name.
And Antifa is antifascist, it's right there in the name!
Multiple states classify early voting as absentee or mail in.
so, still, did you receive the ballot in the mail? if so I cannot fathom bureaucracy moving that quickly.
Some states handle early voting this way: you vote "absentee" in person, before election day.
Not the same state, but mine was done exactly like that.

It’s possible, this may mean nothing, but it certainly warrants an answer.
It means nothing. I voted in-person and early in PA and filled out a mail-in ballot.
it may be the case that the same day one were walk in votes in person.
These are mail ins
Yes, early voting is done with the mail in system inn some states. You just skip the post office portion.

Damn. That’s retarded.
I believe he's only looking at mail in ballots
Not sure if it is related or not, but I voted early in NC. When I look online at the status of my ballot it says mail-in accepted. And it shows accepted the same day that I voted in-person early.
Yes, that's exactly what's happening here.
Which is what were used for in-person early voting! I filled out a mail-in ballot the week before the election when I went to vote IPEV.
This is nuts! Why is this not front page?
Because requesting an early ballot in person, falling it out, and turning it back in the same day isn't illegal.
If they throw these out, they are throwing out my vote, because that's exactly how I voted .
Because it's incredibly misleading and I wish people would stop posting it.
In-person early voting, where you walk in the week before the election to vote, was done by filling out mail-in ballots in PA.
He should use python

Yeah this is the 5th post I’ve seen of the exact same video.
Damn! Who says USPS isn't efficient?
Usps never saw these. These are in person early votes, which is done with an absentee ballot.
Possibly... except for those that were returned before they were sent out. Now THAT is efficiency.
Yes. That part is weird. Focus on that part.
Not the same state, but mine was done exactly like that.
