If this goes through, what criteria would determine if a newborn is a US citizen then?

Like Kamala? VP Anchorbaby? I don’t think so. Can it not be made retroactive? Want to stay? Get in line for naturalization.
Please do this. I see these women with EBT cards at the grocery store who have three little ones running around and one in her belly. They have taken over Nevada.
I'm all for it. Very personal issue for me. Born overseas to American Parents who were serving our military. Personally took the Oath when I joined the Military at 17. Yet.. Because someone failed to complete a government form when I was born overseas.. I have spent my entire life in a red tape nightmare/limbo regarding my citizenship. They issued me a passport & SSAN as a minor .. which you cant get unless you are a citizen. I have kept the passport current.. Good thing too.. because of the paperwork issue on my birth certificate I would not be able to get a passport.. Ironically enough.. I need a passport to prove I'm a citizen.. I can't prove I'm a citizen except by using my Passport as the form of proof.. that I use to renew my passport every time. lol.
your aNavywife so I'm sure you know folks whos kids were born overseas.. make sure they complete the American Citizen Born Abroad forms correctly or the kids can be royally be screwed when they hit 18.
Both parents must be American citizens. The way it has always been intended
Not in my America
One parent rule is good. My wife is a green card immigrant, but our kids have dual citizenships until they are 22 then Japan will make them choose a nationality.
Dual citizen here My mom is American, I have citizenship as well, file taxes in USA and current residence, SSN draft ect. Was in fights a few times in school for it to growing up just cause I refused to denounce my American half. My dad was Canadian taught me all about history there (schools suck) then also made sure I knew about as much American history as well along with my mom and other relatives. I have always been proud of my background on both sides and remember when both countries stood together against oppression. Anti commie posts here reminds me of my father. Really HATE what they Globalist have done to my Countries (yes both of them).
No 1 on my list to save the republic.
