There is never going to be an election where we have MORE evidence of voter fraud than this one.
If we can not stop it this time then nothing will ever prove voter fraud.
It is not like democrat states are going to give us the servers and machines and say here, do your diagnostics to look for fraud.
They don't even want us to look for signature matches. It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to prove voter fraud if you have no way to inspect for voter fraud.

The SCOTUS does not act, or is not SUPPOSED to act from political pressure. If the SCOTUS makes a ruling on this election it will HAVE to come from an issue of Constitutionality. Gore v Bush comes in to play possibly big time as that laid down the foundation that any different treatments of classes of voters is dilutive to one of those groups. In THIS case (GA) mail-in voters faces LESS scrutiny than in-person voters.
Also, the issue of the GA Legislature being the only body with the authority to change election laws in GA is an issue since the SOS reached a consent agreement with the GA democrat party that changed the voting process. Raffensberger had no authority to do that.
Also, there is much more that happened behind the scenes by POTUS than we will ever know.
We may know 20-30+ years from now, when/if a "tell-all" book is published.

I think Trump will win, but it's hard imagining what the specific ruling will be declared that grants him that. The ruling wouldn't be "Trump wins" but rather, "we rule the states must follow x,y,z" with an effect that enforcing those judgments will result in his winning.
So, is it declaring all votes received after Nov 3 invalid? Is it mandating the states to nullify ballots that weren't properly observed? If fraud is found in the voting machines, how does the court determine which ballots were legal? It'll be interesting seeing how this shakes out from a legal standpoint.

Why do we even have to prove fraud? Shouldn't the election process itself have to prove it was legitimate? If the election records are incapable of a perfect audit, the process is not good enough.
For an election to prevent war it has to be unassailably obviously legitimate. Not covered up, counted in darkness, evidence shredded, witnesses and observers ejected.
