The downtown area of Atlanta is now shocking. It used to be nice with shops restaurants abd festivities. Its now filled with homeless, mattresses on the ground, garbage, poo and pee everywhere and flies so thick you cant see walking around the capitol.

I dont know when it was ever "nice" down there. Locals never hang out downtown. It's for tacky tourists and convention goers.
