Net Neutrality made it so companies couldn't throttle other services like Netflix because they have their own shitty streaming site they want you to go to. It was a decent check to the corruption that is the telecoms companies.
And they are incredibly corrupt. Even in controlled monopoly area's. They will sue to keep any other telecom out so they can keep their piece of the pie, even when the competition is better. But controlled monopolies just allow two companies to offer shit service, instead of one. It really does stagnate innovation and creation.

That was weird to them because they should have had some of the highest. Turned out that the treatment they were using for Covid was steroids and all of these people were already taking them as part of their immunosuppression, so none of them got sick. I wonder if it's still true.
