Happy to see traffic to TDW. VERY happy.
We've all seen a flood of folks trying to get stoopid upvote points by posting the same links 50x. If they were reading TDW, they'd see the same Powell tweets repeated, Kyle is free, etc.
Ideas for stemming the tide?
Eg: NO updoot points for a month for tadpoles, or daily reset to zero, something to stop dupes, static, /pol/ hate and larp-ing.
Eg: Duplicate link detector?

Nothing wrong with posts of same thing by different people. If you miss when it was first posted, you might never see it. It's also a good indication of what most Pedes think is important.
