63 IMHO THIS (see linked story) is how dems stole the election in Michigan. They set up vote drop boxes all over the city. Stuffed them full of ballots. Did not check signatures and conveniently did not match voters to the precincts they live thus hiding the fraudulent votes and the over vote.
