Shit, when I bought my turkeys, I couldn't even find sub 14 lb birds, I wound up with 15's I can't even wedge these bastards in my deep fryer, so I'mma going to smoke em!

Spatchcock, brine, mix of pecan and apple pellets, and a nice dusting of goya adobo seasoning.

Ham is going for a roll in the smoke as well. With a clove honey apricot glaze to top it off!
