It's been obvious for many years that the republicans have lost the culture war in regards to education and higher learning and Trump has laid some ground work to win it back during his next 4 years.
What's becoming alarming to me is that the military and law enforcement have become increasingly left and are less LAW & order and are more just ORDER.

Without that, nothing, zero, zip, nada, matters.

DEFAULTABLE STUDENT LOANS
Want to know why?
Because lending institutions will start paying attention and having standards for student loans. They'll start taking into account the quality of the college, degree, and most importantly, the student.
If you want to major in lesbian dance studies that's fine, you just won't be able to get a loan for it.
You want to go to an expensive college that spends all their money on self-aggrandizing sportsball facilities? Not if you have a 17 ACT and a 2.0 GPA. You're going someplace sensible.
Maybe then, colleges could start promoting themselves based off of job-placement after college and spend as much time and effort getting you into a career as they do trying to get you to come to their college because of "student life" and "community".
Spez: And I'm not referring to loans that have already been taken out. If you were dumb enough to get $40k in debt so you could become a Starbucks barista, that's on you.
