Remember that people at risk of covid could already vote by mail via the normal absentee ballot process. You make a request, fill the form, get the ballot and turn it back. THERE WAS NO REASON TO CHANGE THAT.
Even Dr Fauci said that the majority of people could safely vote in person with some social distancing. Absentee ballots already existed for the elderly. NO NEED FOR UNIVERSAL MAIL IN.
The PA supreme kangaroo court will rule against them. The same court which ruled that lockdowns are constitutional and illegally extended the deadline for mail-in ballots.
What else can they do though? If Trump’s team produces enough evidence that thousands if not millions of these votes are fraudulent or imaginary then they’re going to just have to pick a point like 1 am on November 4 and say nothing else counts after this point. Or else they’d have to redo the entire election. They can’t just say oh well these mail in votes count but those don’t. But then again We are living in clown world so anything can happen.
Clinton and Biden are bigger fish . Beating them in Elections is way easier than making them answer for everything they've done. When they go down a lot of people go down with them. So it just takes time. I know nobody wants to hear it but we allowed them to stay in office for 40 years and the American people did nothing. To expect President Trump to make them answer for everything they've done in 4 years is not fair. President Trump will take care of them in his second term.
The whole election can be nullified and the PA state legislature would then select a slate of electors and send them to the Electoral college. Still a Trump win as they are solid Republican majority.
Not a tall order when the right people are involved behind the scenes. President Trump has powerful branches of government supporting him behind the scenes. So don't be surprised to see these Scotus make these election changing decisions. When you know you're protected then you feel empowered to do what you think is right
Yes, that would be the only way this thing goes down. If they try and declare every marlin/absentee ballot ineligible the entire thing will devolve into chaos. Absentee voting is a legal recognized form of voting, it should because of the method of acquisition of ballot be counted towards final tally. On the other hand, the Oprah method of balloting "You get a ballot, You get a ballot, EVERYBODY GETS A BALLOT" should be investigated against obituaries, signatures and every possible method of voter identification and verification.
They court might do this to quell the call to investigate the fraud that was perpetrated on the American People, thereby giving Biden and the dems and slimy republicans a way out. They eat the election results for not being prosecuted, but hereafter the votes are to be transparent. I’ll bet that’s what happens.
My feelings as well. If he burns the whole thing down the country will be in disarray for decades. If he can hold the dems feet to the fire and clean up the swamp part of the three letter agencies we may have to settle for that and save the republic.
The equal protection clause is key to Federal intervention when the state violates it.
"State Discretion in Choosing Electors
Although Clause 2 seemingly vests complete discretion in the states, certain older cases had recognized a federal interest in protecting the integrity of the process. Thus, the Court upheld the power of Congress to protect the right of all citizens who are entitled to vote to lend aid and support in any legal manner to the election of any legally qualified person as a presidential elector.94 Its power to protect the choice of electors from fraud or corruption was sustained.95 “If this government is anything more than a mere aggregation of delegated agents of other States and governments, each of which is superior to the general government, it must have the power to protect the elections on which its existence depends from violence and corruption. If it has not this power it is helpless before the two great natural and historical enemies of all republics, open violence and insidious corruption.”96
More recently, substantial curbs on state discretion have been instituted by both the Court and the Congress. In Williams v. Rhodes,97 the Court struck down a complex state system that effectively limited access to the ballot to the electors of the two major parties. In the Court’s view, the system violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment because it favored some and disfavored others and burdened both the right of individuals to associate together to advance political beliefs and the right of qualified voters to cast ballots for electors of their choice. For the Court, Justice Black denied that the language of Clause 2 immunized such state practices from judicial scrutiny.98 Then, in Oregon v. Mitchell,99 the Court upheld the power of Congress to reduce the voting age in presidential elections100 and to set a thirty-day durational residency period as a qualification for voting in presidential elections.101 Although the Justices were divided on the reasons, the rationale emerging from this case, considered with Williams v. Rhodes,102 is that the Fourteenth Amendment limits state discretion in prescribing the manner of selecting electors and that Congress in enforcing the Fourteenth Amendment103 may override state practices that violate that Amendment and may substitute standards of its own.
Whether state enactments implementing the authority to appoint electors are subject to the ordinary processes of judicial review within a state, or whether placement of the appointment authority in state legislatures somehow limits the role of state judicial review, became an issue during the controversy over the Florida recount and the outcome of the 2000 presidential election. The Supreme Court did not resolve this issue, but in a remand to the Florida Supreme Court, suggested that the role of state courts in applying state constitutions may be constrained by operation of Clause 2.104 Three Justices elaborated on this view in Bush v. Gore,105 but the Court ended the litigation—and the recount—on the basis of an equal protection interpretation, without ruling on the Article II argument."
That's not how it works either fren. A SCOTUS appeal is filed once a lower court rules against the aggrieved party which the SCOTUS can choose not to hear if it feels the question isn't ripe for interpretation. With the on going controversy for decades surrounding election fraud I think SCOTUS must hear these cases.
Incidentally PA is already before the SCOTUS so simple amended complaint will bring in these other controversies
What I said wasn't incorrect. I realllllly don't see the SCOTUS wanting to rule that mail in ballots nationwide, is unconstitutional. It would effectively look extremely partisan.
I don't think you fully understand what you're asking the supreme court to do. A court effectively overturning the presidential election will have staggering repercussions. This isn't a "so what" point. People are assassinated for far less than what is being alleged here; a global, media and bi-partisan coup for the most powerful position in the world. I am not holding my breath on the supreme court to overturn this thing. My hope lies with Sidney.
They're not overturning anything. Nothing's been decided other than the media crowning Biden as president. You can't claim something was stolen from you when you never legally owned it. As far as your assassination point, it can go both ways so it's kind of a moot point don't you think?
There is so much evidence of voter and election fraud that it's staggering at this point. No way every single incidence of fraud is shot down by SCOTUS, there's just way too much evidence. It would be too obvious if all of the Trump team's arguments were ruled against.
They were out of control because they were gerrymandered to create districts by party. The SC gerrymandered them to create districts by race. Same net result.
The absolute only reason they used mail in voting was to cheat. It was a coordinated. It was inclusive. It was targeted. It was at 4 major cities where they locked out the poll watchers. We know it, they know it, SCOTUS knows it. It was unconstitutional to begin with. Top to bottom fraud.
HR: 8753 Protect the Election Integrity Act,
which would amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require states to have certain election procedures in place to be eligible for funding under that law, including:
•a law that bans the practice of ballot harvesting in state elections;
•a law that permits observation of polling places and vote counting by at least two appointed representatives of each campaign;
•a law requiring that mail-in and absentee ballots be counted and recorded immediately upon receipt with results kept secret until the polls have closed on the date of the election;
•a law requiring that ballot counting begins when the polls close and does not stop until all ballots are counted;
•a law providing video surveillance of absentee and mail-in ballot drop boxes;
•a law requiring election officials to be transparent regarding plans for staffing and equipment in advance of election day;
•and a law requiring that municipal entities responsible for certifying elections conduct audits of their voting systems, the findings of which are to be made public.
The United States Congress has jurisdiction over federal elections, and in addition to the above requirements for states to be eligible for federal funding, this legislation would prohibit the practice of ballot harvesting in campaigns for federal office.
These changes would go a long way toward establishing effective oversight of elections, but by no means is this everything we need to do. I am working with my colleagues on additional proposals, including voter ID requirements and more. We must ensure that our elections are free, fair, and count every legal vote. That is the only way to restore faith in our system, which is essential to the health of our republic.
That's the unfortunate thing. People who did things right will have their votes negated if SCOTUS rules correctly. Those folks recourse is to fire all the assholes who fucked up the polling
Yes I believe the SCOTUS has to rule that any election rules that acted as laws without the legislative body's approval is unconstitutional. The decree in Georgia for example changed voting law and the SOS and Governor don't have the authority to do that
Every voter who legitimately votes is harmed by allowing illegitimate votes. This is not an attempt to steal the election. It's an attempt to stop the theft by not accepting an illegitimate election.
Per PA "Act 77" passed last year, literally EVERY "no excuse" mail-in ballot legally MUST be disqualified, because the PA Supreme Court severed the non-severable "Act 77" when they ruled unconstitutionally (unconstitutional because they don't have jurisdiction over creating state voting measures -- see Article II of the US Constitution) that mail-in ballots could be received after 8 PM on Election Day (among other liberalized voting measures).
It’s the legislature but that didn’t stop them from doing it anyway, alito told them to segregate the late ballots because of this and they ignored him, he told them again, and of course they ignored him, and now he’s been reassigned to the PA circuit court so good luck commies.
I should have known that 🤭 however as in the case of California, Grusome made his edict but then the legislature ratified it with their own version, so his getting thrown out in court was moot other than to his ego.
Deny fake votes? Thats a good thing. If you voted that way you were stupid. You followed yku fucking cheater dem leaders and they fucked you all quite handily.
Mail in voting is fundamentally antithetical to a free election. Once votes go out, there is no way to guarantee or even have a reasonable expectation that the vote was cast by the person indicated without any duress. There goes your whole democracy.
This is the ultimate path to victory across the country. If the Supreme Court declares mail in ballots, or even unsolicited mail in ballots, unconstitutional, and orders all states to decertify all of those kinds of ballots, then the president wins in a monster landslide!
I think they will have to declare that mailing balance received at the central polling stations in Pennsylvania at the least are unconstitutional. the question then becomes if Pennsylvania screwed up and mixed the late ones in and they can't identify them in the broader population then they will have to throw out most of the mail and ballots that cannot be properly identified as arriving on or at the deadline per local state law.
then this president must be applied to other jurisdictions, like Georgia, or even in Arizona or Nevada where they just simply found votes and we're bringing them in after deadlines.
From next election on there should only be paper ballots which are pre printed and numbered, but not tied to a name. This way we know how many possible ballots will be cast. No way to insert additional ballots. All mail in must come with a copy of accepted ID such as a driver's license and a valid reason as to why you can’t be at the polls on Election Day(such as disability or being out of area.) All mail in ballots should be postmarked no later than a week before Election Day, and will only be accepted up until Election Day. Late ballots are to be thrown out.
All votes should be cast in person on election day except for deployed military. Yes, I know that will mean some people who are disabled or whatever can't vote, but honestly I always tend to be in favor of having limits on something that mean some percentage who should be able to do something are excluded so long as it means everyone who is included should actually be there. I apply the same to immigration. End it all now for at least 30 years. No immigration of any kind, legal or illegal, no green cards, work visas, student visas, or anything. No non-Americans entering our borders to stay here for any significant length of time. If you're on vacation or here on business, fine, but you should be tracked and removed and permanently banned if you overstay. Yes that means some 'hard working immigrants' wouldn't come. Yes, your anecdote about how your great uncle is a hard working conservative and he wouldn't have been able to come here under that. Roger, check. I don't care. It's better to tighten things up and exclude some positives than loosen things and let in negatives. Same with voting. Too many people are eligible to vote as it is. Ideally only net-taxpayers should be allowed to vote anyways. If you haven't put more in than you've taken out, you shouldn't have a say at all. That would have excluded me at certain points of my life, but it's still the right thing to do. Since we can't have that, the very least we should do is restrict voting to voting in person on Election Day full stop. No early voting, no mail in, no absentee, unless you're one of the handful that swore an oath to give your life in defense of the Constitution.
Succeeding in the unconstitutional argument would be great but who wouldn't want to see them lose after proof of fraud? They'll never hear the end of it. Long-term it's better for Republicans.
Like wtf how did we even end into this situation.
Because of covid? And was it a false flag to take control and push the 2021 agenda which was pushed because of Trump
It’s all very “convenient”. Kind of like a burst pipe in a counting center on Election Day.
But that's okay fren because that sends it to the SCOTUS that will find the last minute rule changes are unconstitutional
If SCOTUS rules mail ins unconstitutional, that will make them unconstitutional EVERYWHERE.
Based
It's a tall order, though. I wouldn't hold my breath on this one.
Thats one way of looking at it
The other way is to ask why isn't Hillary in Prison for legit crimes? or Joe Biden for foreign influence and such Bond villain level corruption?
Are courts even legit at this point since they have been green lighting insane level of corruption on all levels
Clinton and Biden are bigger fish . Beating them in Elections is way easier than making them answer for everything they've done. When they go down a lot of people go down with them. So it just takes time. I know nobody wants to hear it but we allowed them to stay in office for 40 years and the American people did nothing. Not time yet.
The whole election can be nullified and the PA state legislature would then select a slate of electors and send them to the Electoral college. Still a Trump win as they are solid Republican majority.
I think they'll say the ones in pennsylvania are unconstitutional because the legislature wasn't the ones who changed it.
But won't make the other states unconstitutional
Not a tall order when the right people are involved behind the scenes. President Trump has powerful branches of government supporting him behind the scenes. So don't be surprised to see these Scotus make these election changing decisions. When you know you're protected then you feel empowered to do what you think is right
I can see unsolicited mail in ballots declared unconstitutional.
This would be good.... But this feels like noise to distract from the real crime/fraud.
We have literally caught them trying to steal the election and have multiple methods that can be proven.
Trying to throw away all mail in ballots after voting day DOES NOT seem advantageous with the evidence we already have.
I mean, the majority of the fishy stuff has to do with the mail ins. If you were to eliminate them, it would eliminate a LARGE portion of the fraud.
They court might do this to quell the call to investigate the fraud that was perpetrated on the American People, thereby giving Biden and the dems and slimy republicans a way out. They eat the election results for not being prosecuted, but hereafter the votes are to be transparent. I’ll bet that’s what happens.
I like your thinking!
The Art of the Deal.
Most likely the offer was made to the dems, and they blew it off.
Server in Germany seized. Dominion brought up. Money connections being exposed.
Another offer probably made. This time with the caveat that if it is refused, he is gonna burn the whole thing down.
If PA rules the universal mail-in ballots invalid, then they took the deal.
My feelings as well. If he burns the whole thing down the country will be in disarray for decades. If he can hold the dems feet to the fire and clean up the swamp part of the three letter agencies we may have to settle for that and save the republic.
This would shift the entire west coast overnight from solid blue, to purple at minimum
I'm just saying IF they WERE.
Yes sir. This is the start.

Don't forget they took it upon themselves to gerrymander all our voting districts.
Well, the congressional districts were a bit out of control. I'd have to read more into the background and reasoning on it.
They were out of control because they were gerrymandered to create districts by party. The SC gerrymandered them to create districts by race. Same net result.
This is to move it to the USSC
AND, Fauci and Birx said in-person was perfectly safe. They were warned MULTIPLE times that fraud was too likely on a massive scale.
It was unbelievable that a new nationwide method of voting was put in place for a presidential election under the guise of covid. Criminal.
Cuz covid

They need a law that requires a verified chain of custody for each vote!
FACTS:
Mail-in voting is unconstitutional.
Voting machines are unconstitutional.
That's the unfortunate thing. People who did things right will have their votes negated if SCOTUS rules correctly. Those folks recourse is to fire all the assholes who fucked up the polling
Will that mean President Trump wins PA?
Yes I believe the SCOTUS has to rule that any election rules that acted as laws without the legislative body's approval is unconstitutional. The decree in Georgia for example changed voting law and the SOS and Governor don't have the authority to do that
This is what makes the PA case so strong.

Deny fake votes? Thats a good thing. If you voted that way you were stupid. You followed yku fucking cheater dem leaders and they fucked you all quite handily.
I hope Parnell didn’t concede.
He hasn't conceded.
Mail in should have been stopped decades ago if not longer.
Mail in voting is fundamentally antithetical to a free election. Once votes go out, there is no way to guarantee or even have a reasonable expectation that the vote was cast by the person indicated without any duress. There goes your whole democracy.
The majority of the mail in votes are not tied to individual Pennsylvanians.
Mike Kelly is my kind of politician.
Another nail in Biden's coffin. We should start calling on Biden to concede.
Based Patriots
Well that explains what Mike Kelly was doing today. Fight On Mike!
Alright, when I see stuff like this I im thinking they must know they will get shot down. Is there some plan or what?

Can they do this for Washington State, so we can have it redone but in person.
Yes this should work and if those who actually Voted by Mail only have the democrat party to blame...
Blame your voting commission in PA for destroying your ballots
Wake me up when they actually do something of substance rather than “bombshell” headlines
It should go to SCOTUS so they can declare mail-in voting unconstitutional for the whole country and throw out all mail-in ballots, everywhere.
From next election on there should only be paper ballots which are pre printed and numbered, but not tied to a name. This way we know how many possible ballots will be cast. No way to insert additional ballots. All mail in must come with a copy of accepted ID such as a driver's license and a valid reason as to why you can’t be at the polls on Election Day(such as disability or being out of area.) VOTE IN PERSON OR DON'T VOTE AT ALL!
Lesson learned. Don’t buy the D bullshit.
They are the Swamp. If the SCOTUS agrees, it will not affect this election. Future ones yes, but not this one.
Succeeding in the unconstitutional argument would be great but who wouldn't want to see them lose after proof of fraud? They'll never hear the end of it. Long-term it's better for Republicans.
WOOHOO!
