AZ Cannabis 2020 On Nov 3, 2020, Arizona became the 13th state to legalize recreational marijuana for adults 21 and older when Arizona voters passed Prop 207 by 60% to 40%. The new law will be known as the Smart and Safe Arizona Act (SSAA).
