I went through the voter file for Georgia which can be found here and saw that some people were listed multiple times. So I checked if for any people more than 1 ballot was accepted. Surprisingly, that was the case for 19 people. I know 19 is not much, but still it should not happen even once.

There is no way of telling if these ballot were actually all accepted, as stated in the voter file, or if these are simply errors in the voter file. For example, there were two people who had one of their applications rejected, however that same ballot is still listed as accepted.

In case somebody wants to look at the ballots in question, here's a link to a csv with them.
