Comparing Wed. morning to Thursday nights statistics, the pro democrat ticket increased by 15% among the newly counted ballots. That's statistically impossible, given the size of the population.

Milwaukee was always the problem. Same with Detroit, Atlanta, Philly, and Phoenix.
