Can we make it so an account has to have a certain amount of upTrumps before they can start posting links anywhere? I'm going into these threads and I keep seeing people trying to sell coins, or posting links to malicious sites, trying to trick the less savvy of our centipedes.

people need to learn to protect themselves because asking for anyone else to protect you ends up restricting people who follow the rules while asshats skirt the rules.
