Some of the other posts explain this. It was a meeting in Erie County NY (Buffalo) among local business owners who wanted to discuss ideas for survival, faced with new covid restrictions. Despite the meeting being private, evidently someone ratted them out, as the county sheriff and health departments showed up. Surely, that explains their anger.
