What I want to ask ~anyone~ who suddenly became a health nut circa March 2020: okay, since health is clearly so important to you, 1) how often do you exercise, and 2) how do you eat? The answer is always, ALWAYS, 1) never, and 2) like shit.
Just more evidence that everyone knows the covid "threat" really is.
Been saying it since all of this started, the pandemic stared decades ago; obesity. Never had it been easier to get your hands on easy healthy recipes, and exercise programs that fit your fitness level for free or damn near it. It just takes time, effort, and planning. In the end you'll be healthier and save money.
Why do people who work for the health department always look like they need to lose weight?
