I am currently digging. Heard from a German on twitter saying they received a letter from the goverment confirming this. I have since asked them to post a pic of the letter they recived. Will notify you when I get a response.

My takeaway from this is if the police suspect you to have some friends in your house who dont live there they can just walk in unannounced. Since public gatherings are limited to just 2 people. Please tell me if am mistaken.

They always have names like that don't they, the really insidious ones. The Patriot Act for example.

uff thats a tough one. "Constitutional right for freedom of person (Artikel 2 Paragraph 2 Grundgesetz), freedom of assembly (Artikel 8 Grundgesetz), Freizügigkeit (=being able to move apartments to wherever you want to live in germany), Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung (=your apartment is your privacy) is reduced." Thats a tough pill to swallow. Thats stasi bullshit. They can lever out our constitution/grundgesetz with that.
