Is this the same sort of law as in South Australia, where the police can enter your home at any time to "check on your health"? Is there more to this one in Germany? Appreciate any info, thank you

German voting system mainly consists of Excel-like software, not encrypted or anything else. Easily hackable by anyone at even the lowest point (plausible deniability?).
I would not be surprised if their voting is manipulated in the same scale we just seen in the US.
