"Build Back Better" wasn't coined by the Biden Campaign, or even the UN. It was coined by Clinton/Bush for the Haiti recovery efforts. How is Haiti doing these days after being "Built Back Better?" (www.brookings.edu)

Interesting... so it appears Clinton/Bush realized "disasters" are how they can reshape societies in the manner they want. They tested it on other societies by suggesting they were helping them and now they're putting it into action in the USA which has always been the plan.
