Nah, this is nonsense. The Pfizer vaccine is an mRNA vaccine, RNA is very unstable so it will degrade if it's not stored at around -80 C. (The moderna vaccine is also RNA but is chemically modified to improve its stability, so it doesn't require extreme temperatures.)

SARS-nCoV-2 is a virus that exists. COVID-19 is a disease caused by that virus. Most people survive. But because it's brand new, nobody had immunity yet. This means that it would be easy to ripple through the country/world infecting everyone in its path. 0.1% of the USA is still over 300,000 people that would prefer to not be dead.
You can argue that we over-reacted to COVID. You can argue that we should have let it ripple through the country, we'd lose some people, and quickly develop herd immunity.
But there is no reason to argue--now that a vaccine will be available--that the virus doesn't exist, the vaccine doesn't exist, the vaccine is worse than the virus, etc. Those are simply not logical conclusions.
The vaccine allows the population to become immune to the novel virus, without becoming sick. That is a good thing, not a bad thing. It is a massive victory for Trump and his Operation Warp Speed initiative. And a massive triumph of science for humanity.
Furthermore... The virus is from China. It is a perfect recipe for something that will spread rapidly through the population (it's novel, so no immunity exists yet. It can be spread before symptoms show up, so people spread it for weeks without knowing they have it, it is not too deadly to spread (if everyone who gets it drops dead, they don't spread it etc.))

The mRNA vaccine needs to be stored cold because RNA is not very stable and will degrade at higher temps. Lower temps improve the shelf-life. It functions at 98.6 F because that's how our bodies work, but it would not be stable for a very long time at that temperature (approx. a few days).
Inside us, the mRNA is quickly used to produce proteins, which are more stable. Then the proteins in turn are what trains our immune system to recognize and respond to the virus.

I will say one thing about the effort to vaccinate children against widespread, fatal diseases: one society after another has shown that, when the infant mortality rate goes down (usually to better sanitation and food availability), the birth rate also goes down.
One way to reduce misery in this world and reduce its population explosions, is to reliably have children grow to adulthood. That is, the fuck-up with polio in Africa has been kept entirely to quiet.
Also, any medicine that has to be kept THAT cold is like to spoil. This is not a good sign, at all.
