I will say one thing about the effort to vaccinate children against widespread, fatal diseases: one society after another has shown that, when the infant mortality rate goes down (usually to better sanitation and food availability), the birth rate also goes down.
One way to reduce misery in this world and reduce its population explosions, is to reliably have children grow to adulthood. That is, the fuck-up with polio in Africa has been kept entirely to quiet.
Also, any medicine that has to be kept THAT cold is like to spoil. This is not a good sign, at all.
