I was actually looking into shortwave radios. I saw a website that has courses to get a license. No shit, I was talking to someone on here about it last week or so, and I started seeing ads pop up on youtube for a site that deals with that stuff.
Although, what exactly is the need for a license? Isn't it possible to use the radio without it? If we have a complete breakdown in this country, I don't think having a license to operate a radio would be at the top of the list.
