What a country we live in, where justice basically comes down to some judge's political leanings.
What the opinion implies is absolutely comedic, makes a farce of our elections, and I think was written to suffice the Twitter masses—who think “With Prejudice” means Trump is filled with “hate” and that the case cannot be appealed.
which is why we were blessed to get Trump in 2016. He's broken up the racket in the judicial system. It used to be that Presidents would just rubber-stamp any judges that got nominated for any court aside from the Supreme Court, and that's how Soros and the deep state basically got all their people in. Trump changed that by only confirming Judge's he was certain could be trusted with the positions instead of just rubber-stamping anyone that came along, helped tremendously by the fact that Obama clearly didn't think Trump would win and thus left open well over a hundred potential slots on the various circuit courts to be filled by (he thought) Hillary. Which backfired on him and the establishment, to the great fortune of America in general.
Even assuming Trump loses this election, and I don't think he will, but even assuming he does the simple fact is that he's installed so many pro-constitution and pro-america judges that it's absolutely shredded the deep state's plans for the country for at least the next generation or two. Which is why we as a people can't afford to stop now, and must continue to keep up the pressure to overturn the deep state actors and get Trump in for his second term so he can keep pushing the America First agenda

Exactly this. When you break the rules in your election, you are disenfranchising people by allowing illegal votes to dilute and distort the will of the people. This Obama judge will get BTFO, and it won't be long in coming.

The more you look into the legal system the more you come to realize that no judge actually does their job. None of them. Even the conservative judges rule based on feelings and their internal bias, not based on the letter of the law. This is why I have little faith in that entire system, because even the judges that are "on our side" today will turn around and shaft us in any number of other situations.
This is one of the things I want AI to replace humans in. If the law says that anyone that commits X crime gets Y sentence then there is no room for bias when the AI follows that to the exact letter. Humans turn to absolute garbage when they are allowed to have power over other humans.
