China has fuckall force projection capability and even if 1% of the 72+M people that support America decide to fight a foreign threat, we can raise a fighting force 6 or 7 times bigger than the US military and over twice the size of China's. Even 0.1% is extremely competitive given China and really anyone else's force projection capability against the US is limited due to geography.
My concern is equipment, logistics, weapons. China has a two million man army, land some portion of that in CA, WA, they would be formidable.
I can see us pulling the numbers, there are 18 million veterans in all, it is the weapons and logistics that I worry about, that is where they numbers could take us down.

Here's the frightening part. Biden said yesterday that he wants to add a retroactive tax to all AR style rifles that people own. That tax would be 200-400 per rifle. He wants to put a property tax on your guns to force you to sell them. Then he'd ban them. Then he'd ban handguns, then bolt actions, then shotguns. He wants to make it so detrimental to own firearms that you can't afford to own them.
