Wait. It costs 2.3 million dollars to count 460000 ballots? Let's say you can count 100/ man hour. 4600 hours. $500/ hour? Someone explain this to me please. I'm clearly ignorant as to how it can cost this much. I know government sucks at being cost effective but wow.
