I'd just like to say for the record that I have two blonde, blue-eyed girl cousins that have what used to be called "naturally curly" -- that is kinky -- hair. Either of them could have worn it as a "fro," but instead, they spent hours straightening it, just like the black girls.
So, yes, white girls can have kinky hair. That's a fact.
