I see a lot of people who are happy about the circuit assignment because of GA PA Wi and MI.

This election and the outcome in these states is going to be irrelevant.

Look at Oregon, Brown's mandate. A blatant violation of rights. 6 people gathering limit? $1,250 fine? Absolute overreach. The ninth circuit, where precedents are being set that will last a lifetime, is the most important.

50 years from now (maybe less), any judge across the damn nation is going to cite this and use it as a precedence for many, many, terrible things.

Cases in GA, PA, WI, MI will be decided in SCOTUS, which means the other circuits and rest of the country will have to abide by their ruling...

All we need is one state election to get to SCOTUS to set a precedent that applies to the whole country.

Yea I think I worded that second line very poorly.

I also think it's great and we have big things to look forward to in regard to the election cases.

But the Oregon mandate isn't anything to do with the election won't be affected by the other circuits unless another state has a similar mandate that goes to court and gets seen
