Imo if this was a bad guy op to get rid of the server evidence then there would have been no need for a public raid nor would it have been desirable to have their site and possible complicity made public. Refusing to confirm details via official sources seems like a psy op (one of the new DOD head, Chris Millers specialties btw) being run on the bad guys.
