It's more likely than not that Obama had them using whatever CIA election rigging capabilities they had well before this election. But having the CIA exploit Dominion's election rigging features is different from Dominion being a front for the CIA. Dominion/Smartmatic was involved in the rigging of the Venezuelan elections. The scum within our CIA wouldn't do that.
Hammer was a surveillance tool developed for the CIA. Scorecard, an election rigging app was added to Hammer for the CIA. The CIAs modus operandi is to create "private" company fronts to run their tools once they're operational. Btw Dominion isn't the only voting machine company using the corrupt software. The different company names offer the illusion of competition and security.
I agree with what you said. The software in Dominion systems may have code derived from Hammer and Scorecard. But that doesn't mean that Dominion and Scorecard are CIA fronts. We have pretty good evidence that Chavez was responsible for locally rigging his own elections. Apparently, the CIA prefers to rig elections from their European facilities. The CIA may have had a hand in getting Dominion machines installed throughout the US to make it easy for them to steal elections here, but again, that doesn't require Dominion to be a front for the CIA. In the grand scheme of global election rigging, whether Dominion is a front for the CIA is a relatively insignificant detail.
I don't dispute that they rig elections all over the world. My point was that they wouldn't rig the Venezuelan elections for Chavez and Maduro. Theoretically, their interference in foreign elections is intended to benefit the US. There's no way to spin helping Chavez and Maduro as helping the US.
