How do you debate the people saying that Trump's cases are being thrown out and results are being certified? I know Trump is going to win, but I look like an idiot when I try to explain that the legal process is still playing out when the race is being officiated, or at least appears like its being officiated, for Biden.
Most the cases that have been thrown out have not been Trump's. They are from other people. I think at least 25 cases? Any of those that get through are just bonus.
Trump only has 2 or 3 current cases left. I know they were looking into another, just not sure if it was filed yet.
Aside from current cases, only 2 others were ever filed, iirc.

PA case is now going to the supreme court. Supreme court has a 5 to 4 majority of constitutional judges. PA had very obvious vote fraud and last minute voting changes that break the law.
PA is also being sued by many other states, which is a great way to push SCOTUS into moving quickly.
Trump NEEDS them certify in order to file injunctions and escalate it up the chain in an expedited manner. Without certifications, he can't file lawsuits because there's nothing to file against. This isn't a standard TRO against your abusive boyfriend.
The goal is to get the end as quick as possible with as little arguing merits in court or judge kickbacks. The judge could toss out the suit saying 'the votes aren't even certified yet. You might not even need this lawsuit. Come to me when you have something.' Then you've just wasted your extremely valuable time and resources on nothing on top of tipping your hand and showing your evidence before you may have wanted to.
There's not really a degree of risk since this is a winner take all kind of thing.
I'll admit, we definitely aren't winning on the optics front with the lawsuits being tossed and them certifying the fraudulent vote.
The only hope at this point is the cases make it to SCOTUS and rule in our favor, or Trump is holding onto some information or proof that shows what happened on election night such as server data that shows he won.

Optics matter for elections. If you don’t count votes legally and instead make up numbers then optics don’t matter. Most democrats won’t do shit
