That's a really low opinion of your countrymen. If the courts fail, you'll see people pissed off and threatened enough to take steps.
The reason people haven't is because it's a last resort. Not a first. No one wants to hurt anyone. They want to trust the system will work. Even now. But they're prepared if it fails.
I hope it doesn't go that far, but even on the eve of war, soldiers pray for peace.
The real question is, are YOU just going to take it laying down? It sounds like you will.
I have a high opinion, just being realistic. No doubt we have many patriots. But its a serious thing to leave everything you have (your girlfriend, wife, job, house, money, security, etc.) and give it all away to go fight. Its easy to talk a big game on the internet, but actually going through with it is another thing.
The sign of the system failing completely, is if SCOTUS sides against Trump. That means the Constitution is dead and every single institution has been corrupted (the ballot box, the courts, etc.). Our most precious right to choose our leaders will be confirmed as non-existent.
That's when its now or never to take action. We can't wait years down the line when we lose more rights (including 1A & 2A rights, etc). We are at our strongest right now.
I hope it doesn't go that far either. But its going to take hundreds of thousands of others to do the same thing. And we all have to be highly organized. If a couple isolated people just go out to fight for freedom, they will get shot down and slandered by the media as "right wing terrorists."
It needs to be a huge, cohesive movement with leader(s) and organization. Ideally with Trump still in charge, so he can utilize the military. If we wait until Biden is in charge, he will use all forces of government against us and its going to be much, much worse.
Its just the truth. Good times makes soft men. Its why our country was able to become so corrupted in the first place.
Real revolutions and revolts against tyranny don't usually happen until most people lose everything they have.
That's why tyrants are so deadset on confiscating guns. Because they know people are going to lose everything they have (their rights, their livelihoods) and they don't want them to have the ability to revolt.
That's why if a 2nd American revolution happens, it needs to happen before it gets to that point. And its going to take some massive balls and love for freedom more than material items and comfort for that to happen.
