This might also be a 4D chess move. Egging the cuck judges on so that they definitely WILL drag things out. This would allow Team Trump to gather/organize more evidence and maybe even get together a very large-scale operation involving the military, and arrests, and so forth--a highly complicated and unprecedented move.

This may be way out there in Speculation Space, but I'm tossin' it on the cracker barrel.
