Well, in any conflict the first step for any person or organization, formal or informal, is securing communications and supply chain. We already know our communications system and our information stream are utterly compromised, have been for a long time. Those of us who keep long term pantries also know just how vulnerable our general supply chain is, thanks to lockdown 1.0 and now lockdown 2.0. MANY people don't realize how bad it is. Sadly, they will find out the hard way, because when key elements of the supply chain break down, even the useless propagandists in the MLM won't be able to hide it, though they make very very sure NOT to talk about it at all if they can avoid it. After all, it's only a matter of national security and personal security. For all of us.
As to leaders, I am sure many people are developing local small networks of trusted people, with the means to recognize each other. The overall leaders, who knows, other than of course the commander in chief.
Plans have been in motion in our house for months. We wanted to GTFO of our current location anyway, so this is a good time to do so since COVID killed our business.
Unfortunately in what would amount to a highly asymmetric impromptu war scenario, everyone will be flying blind. The best we can hope for is a semi organized war for Civil War 2.0. But I for one am not counting on it, and I am your age and hubby is older.
And as someone else pointed out, asking a logical question in a public forum will get you information, but not necessarily accurate information. Of course there is 0 privacy on the internet ever anyway. So I see no reason not to outline my thought process.
