Because state GOP are all cucks. The ones with great governors like SD's Kristi Noem can't sue and help other states because Noem didn't shut shit down.
Maybe some small businesses that have lost their business, or are about to, because of the lockdowns that decided they and their employees were “not essential” should try. But you have to have money to take cases to court and pay lawyers. Unless there are more great pro bono layers out there than we know, I don’t see that happening.
Maybe some churches or synagogues would try.
That was a 4-4 decision, which essentially is no decision - it allows the previous courts ruling to stand. It can be taken up again to get a real decision. Same with the election, a 4-4 decision let PA change the rules illegally, but it's going to be taken up again now that there is a tie breaking justice present.
