In short:

  • The PA constitution does not allow for mass mail voting without restrictions (Absentee Ballot requirements)
  • The PA legislature illegally created a "new" class of voting (mail in voting) without amending the PA constitution
  • The act which created "mail in voting" should be voided
  • Certification of results that include such votes should be declared invalid

Just read the lawsuit. There is no way that Mike Kelly doesn't win this. If the PA Supreme Court rejects his claims, then the entire system has failed.

I also have to say, that the original SB411/413 passed in 2019 to remove the valid reason requirement is suspect. I bet if we start digging we will see a Democrat behind this, and in some way tied to the current election fraud.

This has been planned for years. Act 77 was passed in haste because the Democrats failed to amend the PA Constitution in time for the 2020 election, the go-time election to commit this fraud.

Heads better roll.
