nope. someone needs to get to at least 270. if nobody gets to 270 it goes to the house and senate for POTUS and VP (VP is also president of the senate).
the 'voided' electors would just vote for 'no one'. it's not like it lowers the magic number threshold to somewhere far below 270. there's no such thing as a 'voided' elector. there is a possibility some legislatures will vote to void the whole state because there is so much fraud that it is impossible to figure out who really won those states.
'no one' would be in effect like voting for a third party candidate.
