I'm reading memo 57 and it states
Any proposed paramilitary operation in the concept stage will be presented to the Strategic Resources Group for initial consideration and for approval as necessary by the president. Thereafter, the SRG will assign primary responsibility for planning, for interdepartment coordination and for execution to the Task Force, department or individual best qualified to carry forward the operation to success, and will indicate supporting responsibilities.
I have tried searching around and have found absolutely nothing regarding the SRG.
It seems the 5412 committee was intended to become the Strategic Resources Group but it was blocked by the state department, so Special Group (Augmented) was created.
This new body, with the suggested name of Strategic Resources Group, would replace the 5412 Committee and become the basic coordinator of Cold War strategy for the countries or areas assigned to it by the president for that purpose

You wouldn't hear about people getting "put in." Especially if those people were acting politicians from states for example. They would likely not go to any jail cell right away anyway - not without working out deals to save their asses.
There's a lot of training. There's a lot of other stuff going on too. The increase in traffic to and from Gitmo is a big deal. They're squeezing info out of people.
Some of it is training. COVID put many bases behind on their training/exercises schedules so they're playing catchup (they do a certain number a year). However, beyond exercises I have no idea what's going on. It may be prep for distributing COVID vaccination? But I'd think National Guard would be better for that, personally. Beyond that I'm really at a loss. The people I know wouldn't have been given any information as to why so many planes are up either. The military rarely explains why they do anything to the people in the lower ranks, they're just told to do it.
No idea here, but that is the sort of thing you would hear whether it was true or not, a likely cover story they would use. If it is some huge deal they would keep it tight lipped I'm sure.
If inaugurated, Trump MUST splinter the CIA and FBI and scatter the pieces to the seven winds, preferably locking up as many of the conspirators as possible.
