Sharpie Gate "HOW THEY DID IT!" - Theory (thoughts?)
To pull this off there needs to be a very small amount of people at the top knowing what's going on. (In order)
1 - Make sure locations that are going to have a high amount of Trump votes use Sharpie on ballots.
2 - The system scans the ballot and fails because of Sharpie. Ballots put off to the side.
3 - Ballot must now be scanned into a system to auto-process using software from a scanned image file.
4 - (This is key) Scanners are pre-set by WHO??? The reason, CodeMonkeyZ talking about changing the scanner setting so the scanned in file, that's set to the computer software can not be read.
Every philly ballot got declined due to change in gama/dpi scanning settings, then it took them the entire evening to finish dragging Biden votes into the “ok” bin and trumps to the trash, which gave him massive spikes in numbers once the “ok” bin was added to total.
Thats what "Cowboy" Computer Guru was referring to, altering the scanning function to flag ballots for anomalies which could later be reviewed and picked through to see which would be Ok and which would be discarded.

I can remember in 2018 when I went in to vote and the woman handed me a voting debit card, I told her that this was my first time using the system. It irked me the way she told the guy that would prepare my kiosk/computer "first time voting". And I remember thinking how nice and "updated" the computer version seemed compared to the "old version" I was accustomed to. But now, hearing of the fraud related to these new systems, Dominion specifically, I'm thankful and grateful for the old system of voting that my precinct uses.

If we assume dominion operates like most corporations have over the last ten years, their executives are selling established products while cutting talent and losing competency within the company. The smart employees who made the system and probably ran it in 2016, knew not to make it too obvious like dropping 6000 votes or running different ratios at 4am in the morning than just hours before. Most corporations have had brain drain in the last four years as talent have had a premium price, employees have moved on rapidly and interns and lower paid new hires are left to run complex systems. So I can see how they'd screw up the meddling...
The point the dude raises about reconciling the rejected ballots is huge. If the count ever surpasses even 5% of the total vote the system is not being run the way it was ever intended to.
What a dead giveaway that Beijing Biden and crew will not even acknowledge the utter malfeasance that is becoming more obvious with each passing day.
Even those who were not heavily invested in this election know that the entire thing stinks, and MSM is at the epicenter of the fraud by playing dumb, while the evidence piles up around them.
