You can go to work, out to get food, gas, etc. Basically, the only thing you can't do is go out to a bar or restaurant and those have already been forced to close at 10:00 p.m. anyways. So, unless anyone is going to start fucking with people for taking a walk in their neighborhood after 10:00 p.m. then there is really no point. It seems to be just for show so he can make it look like he has done something. Now, again, please do not get me wrong. Dewine is a complete fucking asshole and I'm going to do whatever the fuck I want to. As a matter of fact, I plan on being out after 10:00 a whole lot more than I would have otherwise.
