Yup. Even among allies. Sometimes even among sworn allies we don't always march in lock step. That's ok as long as we have the same end goal and don't stray too much from each other. We are all individuals with our own outlook on the world and we may not always think exactly the same about certain things. We are united by our President and our desire to help him when he needs us.
