Yeah this wasn’t a case of a car escaping a mob. The car jerked to hit the people on the sidewalk. Whoever it is, they will be caught and they will face severe consequences.

Idk it’s not easy to see but it seems like there was a corner sidewalk and the car was in a turn lane and as he moved he jerked to hit someone who wasn’t in his way or in front of him anyways
