You're assuming too much of illegals. Even legal immigrants struggle with english too much of the time for that to be a viable cheating strategy- it's too laissez faire, to be frank. What likely actually happens is thus
-people get registered
-never vote because they're not citizens and trying to stay under cover
-CA corrupt government (which is just the CA Dems at this point) votes under their name using an unverifiable mail ballot
-illegals have no idea because their primary goal is figuring out how to get tax returns from the IRS to send more money back to El Salvador, not vote for a democrat who wants to legalize giving everyone HIV so everyone is legal or some other horrifying shit that can only be possible in a state totally overwhelmed by fraudulent voting practices
I'm not sure but you might be missing the point. All it takes is for a list to be leaked and then dem operatives can request ballots on behalf of the illegals and then submit them without the illegals even knowing. War Room was talking about this just yesterday.
