I was born in 1967. Reagan was big and the 80's were a great decade to be alive in, none of this fighting between races, we all just had fun. But even Reagan did not match up to what I am seeing with Trump, nothing I have ever seen has equaled the love for this man but love for our LORD and our Lord's love for us.

God Bless

Teddy was an American badass. Total fluke that he even became President (not elected, both the president & Vice President passed away leading to Teddy becoming pres). He also took on & finished the Panama Canal, a project that had been attempted and abandoned by lesser countries. Only had a fraction of 1 term and accomplished more of a lasting legacy than any other President. I’ve been comparing Trump’s unwavering grit & determination to Teddy’s since 2015

TR was elected as McKinley's VP, to get TR out of the way. The VP position was seen as a dead-end office, "not worth a bucket of warm spit". In 1901 McKinley was assassinated, and "that damned cowboy!" becomes president.

TR was then elected to a full term of his own after serving out McKinley's term.

Didn’t he run again and was ousted from his party so started the Bull Moose party? I guess this was pre-term limits?
